Rules of Play

Please note that whilst every care and consideration has been given for the safety of children using the play centre, Sticky Fingers Party & Play Ltd cannot be held responsible for accidents which occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.

  1. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times. Sticky Fingers staff are at no time responsible for the supervision of children using this play facility.
  2. Adults and guardians supervising children should ensure that the children in their care comply with the rules of play.
  3. Misuse or inappropriate use of the play equipment will not be tolerated.
  4. Only children under 4’9” may use the play facilities.
  5. Age restrictions vary on the play equipment. These are in place for the safety of children. Please supervise your children and ensure they use the facilities responsibly and in accordance with their age.
  6. Shoes must be removed before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times. Sticky Fingers recommend that long sleeves and trousers be worn.
  7. Food, drink and personal items must not be taken onto the play equipment. Pens, buckles, jewellery, watches, money and any sharp objects must not be taken onto the play frame.
  8. Sticky Fingers cannot accept any liability for loss, theft or damage to any personal property.
  9. Children who are unwell must not use the play equipment.
  10. Climbing up the slides is extremely dangerous and is not permitted.
  11. It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure.
  12. It is forbidden to smoke within the play centre and in the entry area.
  13. Lighters or matches must not be used within the play centre.
  14. In the interests of health and safety nappy changing and use of potties etc.should be conducted in the baby changing room and not in public areas. Please use the correct bins provided.
  15. The use of cameras should be done with the consideration of other users of the centre. The management have the absolute right to prohibit the use at any time.
  16. All accidents must be reported to a member of staff and recorded in our accident book.
  17. Only food and drink purchased at Sticky Fingers may be consumed on the premises.
  18. Sticky Fingers will not tolerate disruptive, destructive, offensive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other customers. Visitors who do not follow our rules may be asked to leave without a refund.

This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Sticky Fingers Party & Play Ltd, the owner of this Web Site. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site.
